Dispatch & Timing
Seasonal contract clients are plowed automatically — we begin as soon as accumulations reach the agreed trigger (typically 5 cm for driveways and lots) and conditions are safe for equipment. One-time service clients call or book online and we schedule the next available dispatch window.
Most contracts use a 5 cm threshold, but we tailor the trigger to your property. High-traffic commercial lots and medical facilities often use a lower threshold with more aggressive pre-treatment, while residential driveways can run slightly higher.
No. That is the entire point of a seasonal contract. We monitor weather continuously and dispatch automatically once your property's trigger is reached. You only hear from us with confirmations, photos and condition updates.
During major events we run continuous operations with rotating crews. Lanes and critical access are kept open throughout the storm, and full-site cleanup follows once accumulation stops. Contract clients are notified before, during and after the event.
Contracts & Services
Yes — for both residential and commercial properties. Seasonal contracts include priority dispatch, automatic storm response, predictable pricing and a property-specific snow plan. Request seasonal pricing through the contact page.
Yes. Sidewalk and walkway clearing is included in most contracts and available as a standalone service. We clear with blowers and then apply ice treatment to pedestrian surfaces, including steps and ramps.
We provide rock salt, calcium-based ice melt and liquid pre-treatment. Salting can be bundled with plowing or scheduled as a standalone service during freeze/thaw cycles when ice is the bigger risk than snow.
Commercial work is a core part of our operation — retail plazas, office complexes, warehouses, industrial sites, apartment buildings, restaurants and medical facilities. Each site gets a written storm response plan.
Property & Logistics
Yes. We provide snowbank cut-back and removal with loaders and dump trucks, including hauling snow off-site when on-property storage is exhausted.
For standard plowing, driveways should be clear of vehicles. If a vehicle is parked in the driveway, we plow around it and flag the area for follow-up. Vacation snow-clearing packages include regular checks so driveways stay clear even when you're away.
