A parking lot is a route, not a rectangle
Every lot is cleared on a documented route map — lanes first, entrances next, then stalls and storage. Watch the sweep.
The route map
Watch the plow sweep the site
A serpentine route that opens the lanes, protects the zones and finishes every stall — the same discipline applied to your lot, at your scale.

What we protect
Six zones on every site map
Before the season starts, every lot is walked and mapped. These are the zones that never get skipped.
- 01
Traffic lanes
Kept open first — the arteries everything else depends on.
- 02
Entrances
Every curb cut and drive aisle opened before opening time.
- 03
Fire routes
Cleared to width and kept accessible — non-negotiable, every event.
- 04
Loading areas
Dock doors, delivery bays and staging zones kept functional.
- 05
Accessible parking
Spaces and the paths to them cleared and treated first.
- 06
Snow storage zones
Designated areas planned before winter so snow has somewhere to go.
Snow storage planning
Where does the snow go?
Every lot generates hundreds of cubic metres of snow a season. We map storage zones that don't steal stalls, block sightlines or melt into entrances — and when on-site storage runs out, loaders and dump trucks haul it away.
- On-site storage zones chosen and marked before winter
- Windrow heights managed around sightlines
- Snow hauling scheduled when storage capacity is exhausted
- Melt-water routing kept away from entrances and drains
